Blackmore’s Turbo/Needle Seeder is a tried and true workhorse. A.M.A. founder, Allen Monsma, started selling these machines in Canada in 1982, and those machines are still out there in use today. This machine sets the standard for reciprocating needle type seeders. Sows any seed from raw begonia to melons and even squash, peas, corn and beans. Special double row attachment permits sowing rates of 300+ trays per hour for certain applications and the direct sow kit allows seeds to be sown into market packs. This machine works on a small or large inventory of seed. Seeder Specifications Fabrication: Aluminum on a steel frame. Power: 120 VAC 60 Hz standard, modifications available for 220 VAC 50 Hz operation (3 KVA transformer required). Motor: 0-109 RPM DC/SCR 1/27 HP Vacuum Source: Pump/motor included with seeder.
